Printing has a lot of technology, and we talked a lot about it before. So the most common technology we use in album printing is the process of covering the cover and the bottom. The process of covering the film is a necessary one and also a basic process of some albums. Because if the color of the album is too light, then a touch will leave some fingerprints, so we need to make it. Some surface treatment, that is, film coating, so how should we identify its quality? Here is a detailed introduction.
Generally, there are two basic ways of hot and cold film covering. Let's briefly introduce the quality problems of film covering. We summarize the following points to analyze.
1: First of all, we can take a good picture album with film covering to do the experiment, take out the appropriate area of film covering sample, and then rub it back and forth. If there are no bubbles and detachment after rubbing, it will prove that the quality of film covering is very good. If there is adhesion or bubbles and other phenomena, it means that the quality is problematic and should be carried out in time. Improvement or re-coating process.
2: There will be a layer of plastic film on the sample sheet, tear it off gently. If the fibers on the paper and the ink layer on the surface are sticky to the film, it shows that the film is very strong and the quality is better. If it can be easily torn off, there is no sticky situation, it proves that the film coating process is very unsuccessful.
3: In addition, we can also put the sample of film coating into the dryer for experiment. Look at the state of the coated paper at high temperature. If demoulding or bubbles occur, it shows that the quality of the coated film is poor. Even at high temperature, the coated film with good quality is still flat and wrinkle-free.
4: Put the coated paper in water for one to two hours, and pay attention to the water temperature in the normal temperature water. If there is no separation between the film and the paper, then the film is very strong.
